Hip Flask Collection
This lot comprises four hip flasks, crafted from stainless steel. The flasks vary in shape and size, including a rounded design and more traditional rectangular forms. These flasks would have been used for carrying alcoholic beverages discreetly, and represent a bygone era of portable refreshment. One flask appears to be a Widdop flask, a well-known brand in this category.
Condition and Collectibility
The flasks exhibit signs of age and use, with some surface wear and minor imperfections. These are not new items and have likely seen use. Despite this, they remain attractive pieces for collectors of vintage barware or those interested in the history of portable drinking vessels. The variety of shapes and the presence of a Widdop flask add to the appeal of this collection.
