British Royal Heraldry Enamel Badge Set
This is a fascinating collection of enamel badges depicting the royal arms of British monarchs from Edward the Confessor through to Queen Elizabeth II. The set is presented in a hinged, velvet-lined case, with each shield meticulously crafted and displaying the heraldic symbols associated with each ruler. The arrangement showcases the evolution of royal insignia over centuries, offering a visual history of the British monarchy.
Condition and Collectibility
The set appears to be in good condition, with the enamel shields displaying vibrant colours and minimal wear commensurate with age. This would be a desirable addition to a collection of royal memorabilia, heraldic items, or enamel badges. The presentation case adds to the appeal, making it a striking display piece for enthusiasts of British history and royalty.
