Simax Medical Testing Tubes
This lot comprises a collection of Simax medical testing tubes, likely dating from the mid-20th century. These tubes are constructed from borosilicate glass, known for its thermal shock resistance and durability, making them suitable for laboratory use. The clear glass allows for easy observation of contents, and the design is typical of medical and scientific equipment from this era.
Condition & Collectibility
The tubes appear to be in used condition, with some minor wear and tear consistent with age and previous use. While not pristine, they retain their structural integrity and are visually representative of vintage laboratory equipment. Collectors of scientific instruments, medical antiques, or those interested in retro laboratory aesthetics may find these tubes a unique addition to their collections.
