WW2 British Machete
This is a WW2 British army machete, dating to 1940, and manufactured by C.W.S Newcastle. The machete features a single-edged blade designed for utility and clearing vegetation. The handle is constructed of wood, and the machete is accompanied by a leather scabbard, showing signs of field use.
Condition
This machete exhibits wear consistent with age and military service. The blade shows signs of oxidation and use, and the wooden handle has some wear and tear. The leather scabbard is worn and shows signs of age, but remains intact. This machete would be of interest to collectors of military memorabilia, particularly those focused on British army equipment from the Second World War.

We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
