Antique Gestetner Duplicator

This is an antique Gestetner diaphragm duplicator, a screen printing machine used for creating copies of documents and artwork. The unit features a wooden case housing the mechanism, with a hinged lid revealing the printing surface and internal components. The device includes a handle for operating the printing process, along with what appears to be a stencil and associated parts within the case.

Condition

The Gestetner duplicator exhibits signs of age and use, with wear and tear consistent with its vintage. The wooden case shows scuffs, marks, and some deterioration, while the internal components display patina and possible corrosion. Despite its condition, this piece presents a unique opportunity for collectors of antique office equipment or those interested in the history of printing technology.
