Original Punch Cartoon
This is an original pen, ink, and watercolour illustration for *Punch* magazine, created by H.E. Wilson and dated May 1991. The cartoon, titled “An Enemy of the People”, depicts a satirical scene with figures representing political figures and public opinion. The artwork features a central figure brandishing a sword, labelled “Super Man Rules OK”, and is a classic example of British political cartooning from the period.

#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
