Keeling & Co Losol Ware Collection
This lot comprises a collection of Keeling & Co Losol Ware, featuring plates, bowls, and tureens. The Losol Ware range, produced by Keeling & Co, is known for its distinctive floral and patterned designs, often with a pastel colour palette. This particular collection showcases a charming aesthetic, typical of early 20th-century English pottery, and would have been a popular choice for domestic use and display.
Condition and Collectability
The items present varying degrees of wear consistent with age and use. Some pieces exhibit crazing to the glaze, minor chips, and rubbing to the patterns, which is typical for vintage pottery. Despite these imperfections, the collection retains its visual appeal and offers a glimpse into the history of ceramic production. Collectors of vintage tableware and Keeling & Co pottery will find this lot particularly interesting, offering an opportunity to add to existing collections or begin a new one.
