Lock and Key Set
This is a door lock cylinder accompanied by a substantial set of twelve keys. The lock appears to be constructed from brass, exhibiting a classic cylindrical form commonly found in residential and commercial door security systems. The extensive number of keys suggests it may have been part of a master key system or undergone multiple re-keyings over time.
Condition and Collectibility
The lock and keys present signs of age and use, with some patina and wear visible on the metal surfaces. While the lock’s functionality is not assessed, its vintage appearance and the large key collection may appeal to collectors of antique hardware, locksmiths, or those interested in repurposing vintage components. The lock’s condition suggests it has seen considerable use, adding to its character and potential historical interest.
