British Railways Recordings & Handbooks
This lot comprises three British Railways ‘Notice to Train Crew’ handbooks, alongside three Argo Transacord recordings. These items represent a fascinating glimpse into the operational procedures and sounds of British Railways. The handbooks likely detail important safety information and operational guidelines for train crews, while the Argo Transacord recordings would have been used for training purposes, providing authentic sounds of locomotives and railway environments.
Condition & Collectibility
These items show signs of age and use, consistent with their likely history as working documents and training aids. The handbooks exhibit wear to the covers and edges, and the recordings are offered as seen.
