Pair of Vintage Watering Cans

This lot comprises a pair of vintage watering cans, constructed from galvanised metal. One can is larger, with a capacity of approximately 10 litres, and features a traditional rose head for gentle watering. The smaller can is approximately 2 gallons in capacity. Both exhibit a classic, utilitarian design typical of garden tools from the mid-20th century, and would have been used for tending gardens and allotments.

Condition and Collectability

Both watering cans show signs of age and use, with surface rust and wear commensurate with their age. The handles are present, though may require attention. These cans are offered in their original condition, and would appeal to collectors of vintage gardenalia, or those seeking to add a rustic touch to their garden.
