WW2 Brass Shell Casings

This lot comprises three brass shell casings, likely originating from World War II. The casings exhibit the characteristic tapered shape of artillery shells used during that era. Their brass construction suggests they were designed for repeated use, a common feature in military ordnance. The casings show signs of having been fired, with slight deformation at the base, indicative of the explosive charge detonation.

Condition & Collectability

These casings present with a patina consistent with age and exposure. While showing signs of use, they remain largely intact, offering a glimpse into the material culture of WWII. These shells would be of interest to collectors of military memorabilia, history enthusiasts, or those seeking unique decorative items. They represent a tangible link to a significant historical period.
