Janice Tchalenko Poole Pottery Collection
This lot comprises two pieces of pottery by Janice Tchalenko for Poole Pottery. The first is a beautifully decorated Iris bowl, showcasing vibrant floral designs against a blue background. The second is a Baci Milano cake stand, adorned with a charming bird illustration and signed by the artist. Both pieces exemplify Tchalenko’s distinctive style, blending artistic flair with functional design.
Condition and Collectibility
Both items appear in good order for their age and type. The bowl and cake stand exhibit signs of previous ownership and display, which is typical for vintage pottery. These pieces would be a welcome addition to any collection of British studio pottery, particularly for enthusiasts of Janice Tchalenko’s work or Poole Pottery in general.
