Wash Bowl and Jug Set
This charming wash bowl and jug set presents a classic example of early 20th-century bathroom accessories. Crafted from white porcelain, the set features a delicately embossed floral pattern, finished with a vibrant pink rim and accents. The jug, with its elegantly curved handle, complements the generously sized wash bowl, creating a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing ensemble. This set would have been a staple in many homes, offering a touch of refinement to daily routines.
Condition and Collectibility
This wash bowl and jug set exhibits signs of age and use, with some minor crazing to the glaze consistent with its vintage. Despite this, the set remains structurally sound and retains its original decorative appeal. Collectors of antique bathroom accessories or porcelain will appreciate the set’s charming design and historical significance. It presents a unique opportunity to own a piece of domestic history, adding character to a display or offering a nostalgic touch to a bathroom.
