Victorian Baby Blue Sofa

This charming sofa exhibits characteristics of Victorian-era design, featuring a gently curved back and turned wooden legs with casters. The frame appears to be constructed from solid wood, suggesting quality craftsmanship. Its petite size and delicate colour suggest it may have originally been intended for a parlour or smaller sitting room, offering a comfortable and stylish seating option for its time.

Condition and Collector Appeal

This sofa requires reupholstering, with significant wear and tear visible on the existing fabric. While not in pristine condition, this presents an excellent opportunity for restoration, allowing a buyer to customize the fabric and potentially reveal original detailing beneath. The sofa’s age and style make it a desirable piece for collectors of Victorian furniture or those seeking a unique statement piece for their home.
