This is a longcase clock manufactured by Morath Brothers in 1935. The clock features a striking Westminster chime mechanism and a beautifully crafted wooden case. The face displays Roman numerals and ornate detailing, indicative of the period’s craftsmanship.

Condition and Collector Appeal

The clock is offered in unrestored condition, lacking its pendulum and weights. Despite this, the mechanism is reported to be working. This clock presents an excellent opportunity for a collector or enthusiast to restore a piece of horological history, or to appreciate its aesthetic qualities as a decorative item.
