Acctim Automatic Mariner Brass Bulkhead Clock
This Acctim Automatic Mariner brass bulkhead clock has a diameter of 9 inches and is offered as a nautical-style wall clock in a traditional brass case. It is presented in the style of a ship’s bulkhead clock, a form long associated with maritime interiors and now popular for home and office display.
The clock has a brass bezel and glazed front surrounding a white dial. The dial carries black Roman numerals for the hours, with a 24-hour outer ring of smaller numerals and minute markers around the edge. The name Acctim Automatic appears above the centre of the dial, and the name Mariner is written below it in a script style. The hands are black with pointed, spade-style tips. The case is fitted with a hinged or fixed bezel mount and a small brass fitting on the right-hand side.
Condition and Collector Interest
The brass case shows some visible wear, including minor marks and patina consistent with age and handling. The dial and hands appear to be in fair order, with the Roman numerals and outer markers clearly defined. The Mariner name and Acctim branding remain legible. Buyers interested in nautical décor, brass ship’s fittings or mid-to-late twentieth century timepieces may find this clock appealing as a display piece or for restoration.

Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
