This lot is a framed pen and ink drawing depicting The Church of All Saints, Northampton. Condition and Presentation
The drawing is executed in fine black ink with cross-hatched shading to the stonework, the classical colonnade, and the sky. The tower, with its lantern and weathervane, is rendered in considerable detail. The drawing is signed in the lower right corner. The frame is black with a beaded inner edge, and the cream mount carries a fine double ruled line. There is some light toning to the mount and minor marks to the glazing. The item is offered as seen.
