Aluminium Ladder Stay
This lot is an aluminium ladder stay, formed as a curved frame with a straight cross bar fixed between its two arms. Both arm ends carry bolt fittings, and a flat aluminium foot bar runs along the lower section. Two wing-nut clamps and two metal spikes are fitted to the foot bar. No maker’s name or model marking is visible.
Condition and Originality
The stay shows scuffs, light marks and general wear across the aluminium, consistent with its age and use. The fixings and clamps appear to be original to the piece, though no function test has been carried out. The lot is offered as seen. Its straightforward construction may appeal to collectors of ladder accessories, or to buyers seeking a stay or replacement part for an aluminium ladder or a DIY project.

We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos.
