Ceramic Jug Description
This is a beautifully hand-painted ceramic jug, likely dating from the late 19th or early 20th century. The jug features a vibrant floral design with intricate detailing, applied over a cream-coloured body. The style suggests a possible Staffordshire origin, known for its decorative ceramics, and the shape is reminiscent of an ewer, traditionally used for pouring water or wine.

Condition Report
This antique jug shows signs of age and wear consistent with its history. There are some minor crazing to the glaze and possible small chips to the rim, which is typical for pieces of this age. Despite these imperfections, the jug retains much of its original charm and would be a desirable addition to a collection of antique ceramics, or a unique decorative piece for the home.
