Antique Wood Turning Chisels

This collection comprises a set of antique wood turning chisels, likely dating to the late 19th or early 20th century. The chisels feature wooden handles, showing signs of age and use, and steel blades. They are accompanied by a worn, dark blue canvas pouch, suggesting they were part of a larger tool kit. The varying sizes and shapes of the chisels indicate their use in a variety of turning and carving applications.

Condition and Collectibility

These chisels exhibit wear consistent with age and use, including patina on the blades and minor imperfections to the handles. The canvas pouch is also worn, with some fraying and loss of material. Despite their condition, these chisels are of interest to collectors of antique tools and woodworking enthusiasts. They represent a piece of craftsmanship from a bygone era and offer a glimpse into the techniques used by woodworkers of the past.
