Tub of Australian 50 Cent Coins and Spanish Coin Set
This lot comprises a quantity of Australian 50 cent coins loose in a white plastic tub, together with a Spanish coin set housed in a clear plastic wallet. The Australian coins are twelve-sided and silver-toned. The Spanish set bears a printed heading that includes the word “Monedas” and holds coins of several denominations, including 1, 5, 25, 50 and 100 Pesetas. The 100 Pesetas piece is the largest coin in the set and is marked “100 PTAS” with the words “ESPAÑA” visible on the reverse.
Condition and Collector Interest
The Australian coins show general wear and handling marks, and the Spanish set appears to be in its original plastic wallet, although the packaging shows some creasing and marking. No individual dates or mint marks have been catalogued, and the completeness of the Spanish set has not been verified. The lot would suit a collector building a world coin collection, a buyer seeking a mixed bulk lot of foreign currency, or someone interested in Spanish pesetas issued before the euro.

Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
