Blue Glazed Garden Planter with Feet

This lot is a glazed garden planter finished in a rich blue. The vessel has a rounded body that narrows towards the base and a broad, rolled rim. The planter is described as having feet. The glaze shows variegated tones of blue, with some runs visible on the inside of the rim. The maker is not identified.

Condition and Originality

The glaze appears to be largely intact, with some drips visible on the inside of the rim, consistent with the glazing process. The interior is left unglazed, showing the clay body of the vessel. No cracks or chips are clearly evident. This planter will appeal to garden enthusiasts and buyers seeking a statement container for patios, borders and outdoor spaces.

#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
