Boss BR-600 8-Track Digital Recorder with Boss FS-5U Footswitch

This lot comprises a Boss BR-600 8-track digital recorder, offered alongside a Boss FS-5U footswitch. Both units are presented as a pairing for recording and music production enthusiasts.

The Boss BR-600 is a compact digital recorder with a champagne-coloured chassis and a central LCD display. Its front panel carries a track mixer with eight numbered faders, a master fader and a left/right control, along with rotary controls for mic and line levels. A block of labelled transport buttons, including stop, play and rec, sits alongside sections for recorder, effects and drums, with phrase trainer, rhythm and tap tempo functions also marked. The FS-5U footswitch has a white housing with a black pedal and a polarity label, and is designed for hands-free control of the recorder.

Condition and Collector Interest

The recorder and footswitch are offered as seen, with no guarantee of function. The unit shows its age through general handling and use, and the buyer is advised to inspect the lot in person or request further details before bidding. The Boss BR-600 is a recognisable model within the Boss digital recording range, and the inclusion of the matching FS-5U footswitch may appeal to home recordists, musicians and collectors of Boss music equipment seeking a ready pairing.
