Ballistic Armour Plates

This lot comprises a collection of vintage ballistic armour plates. The plates appear to be constructed from hardened steel, and exhibit a robust, utilitarian design. These plates likely formed part of a larger protective system, intended to offer defence against projectiles. The plates show signs of prior use, and their exact specifications are currently unknown.

Condition & Collectibility

The armour plates exhibit signs consistent with age and use, including surface corrosion and wear. While their protective capabilities cannot be verified, they represent a fascinating piece of military or protective equipment history. These plates may appeal to collectors of military surplus, historical artefacts, or those interested in the evolution of personal protective equipment.
