Tray of Mixed Items Including a Brass Carriage Clock
This lot comprises a tray of mixed items, headed by a brass carriage clock with a Roman numeral dial set within a brass case. Further pieces include a copper pot, a silver-coloured goblet, a red soda siphon, a cranberry glass bowl, a cut glass bowl and a number of decorative china plates and saucers. Also present are a brass stand, a Bisto gravy jug and a small banded stone block. The varied selection offers a broad range of domestic and decorative pieces suited to collectors of metalware, glass and ceramics.
Condition and Collector Interest
The items are offered as seen, and nothing in the lot has been confirmed as complete or in working order. Some pieces show signs of wear and surface marks, including the copper pot and the silver-coloured goblet. The carriage clock may appeal to collectors of brass timepieces, while the cranberry glass, cut glass and patterned china will interest those building mixed collections of decorative tableware. Buyers should inspect the lot carefully before bidding.
