Collection of Cherished Teddies Figurines
This lot is a collection of Cherished Teddies figurines, presented with a number of their original boxes. The figures depict teddy bears in playful and affectionate scenes, including a bear riding a toy elephant on wheels, a bear in a green checked hat holding a parcel, a larger bear cradling two smaller bears, and a pair of bears seated beside a green frog and a wooden swing. The pieces are moulded in a soft, painted finish, and the boxes carry the Cherished Teddies branding and decorative printed patterns.
Condition and Collector Interest
The boxes show general signs of age and handling, with some wear to the card and printed surfaces, and one box is open. A polystyrene insert is also included with the lot. The figurines were not examined in detail and are offered as seen. Cherished Teddies pieces are popular with collectors of character figurines, and the presence of original packaging may appeal to those seeking a grouping with its boxes.
