Vintage Chess Set
This is a vintage chess set, complete with a folding chess board and accompanying book. The set features classic Staunton-style chess pieces, crafted from wood, and a board designed for convenient storage and play. The set appears to be a traditional design, likely dating from the mid-20th century, and would have been a popular choice for home games and tournaments.
Condition and Collectibility
This vintage chess set shows signs of age and use, which adds to its character. Please note that one pawn is missing from the set. Despite this, the remaining pieces and board are in good condition for their age, making it a desirable item for collectors of vintage games or those seeking a classic chess set for play.
