Figurine & Calligraphy Set
This lot features a charming traditional Chinese clay monkey figurine, accompanied by a miniature terracotta warrior and a calligraphy set. The monkey is brightly painted, exhibiting a playful expression and detailed craftsmanship. The set also includes brushes, an ink stone, and a small container, all housed within a red presentation box, suggesting it was originally intended as a gift or for artistic practice.
Condition & Collectibility
The items show signs of age and use, with some minor wear and imperfections consistent with their age. The presentation box exhibits some scuffs and marks. Despite this, the set remains a visually appealing and intriguing collectible, offering a glimpse into Chinese artistry and culture. This would be of interest to collectors of Asian art, figurines, or calligraphy enthusiasts.
