## R100 Airship & Crash Collection
This collection comprises vintage photographs documenting the British R100 airship, alongside newspaper clippings detailing its tragic crash. The photographs showcase the airship in flight and on the ground, offering a glimpse into the ambitious engineering of the era. The accompanying newspaper clippings provide contemporary accounts of the disaster, including details of the investigation and the loss of life.
## Condition & Collectibility
The photographs and clippings exhibit signs of age, including some foxing, creasing, and edge wear, consistent with their vintage. Despite these imperfections, the collection remains a fascinating and historically significant artifact for aviation enthusiasts and collectors of ephemera. This collection offers a rare opportunity to own a piece of aviation history, documenting both the promise and the perils of early airship travel.
