Epson Perfection 2480 Photo Flatbed Scanner
This lot is an Epson Perfection 2480 Photo flatbed scanner, a desktop unit with a grey and silver casing and a curved white lid. The Epson branding is displayed on the lid, and the model name, Epson Perfection 2480 Photo, appears on the lower front panel alongside a row of four function buttons. The scanner is offered with a clear bag containing cables and a power adaptor. The 2480 Photo was designed for scanning photographs and documents on a flatbed platen, and its name reflects that intended use.
Condition and Collector Interest
The scanner is offered as lotted, and no guarantee is given as to completeness or working order. The casing appears clean, with no obvious damage to the lid or front panel, and the function buttons appear intact. The accompanying cables and power adaptor appear to be the original accessories supplied with the unit, though these are not confirmed. The model will be of interest to collectors of early digital-era office and photographic equipment, as well as to buyers looking for a flatbed scanner for hobby or archival use.
