Ercol Stickback Armchair Frame
This lot is an Ercol stickback armchair frame, offered as a single item. Ercol is a British furniture maker, and this frame reflects the stickback form for which the brand is widely recognised.
The frame has a dark-stained wooden construction with a bowed top rail and a row of vertical spindles forming the back. Curved arms sit on turned supports and flow into a shaped seat frame, which is fitted with a woven base of straps.
