## Fife News Almanac – A Wartime Chronicle

This lot comprises five volumes of the *Fife News Almanac*, spanning the years 1938 to 1942. These almanacs offer a fascinating glimpse into local life in Fife, Scotland, during the tumultuous years of the Second World War and the lead-up to it. Each volume is packed with local news, advertisements, agricultural information, and general interest articles, providing a unique social and historical record of the period. They represent a valuable primary source for researchers and collectors interested in British social history, local studies, and wartime ephemera.

## Condition and Collectibility

These almanacs show signs of age and use, consistent with their vintage. Expect some wear to the covers, occasional foxing, and minor tears.
