Vintage Perfume Bottle Collection
This lot comprises five decorative perfume bottles and a glass atomiser. The bottles showcase a variety of shapes and colours, including clear glass, amber, and a vibrant emerald green. The atomiser features a bulb-shaped body and a delicate nozzle, likely intended for applying perfume in a fine mist. These bottles likely date from the late 19th or early 20th century, reflecting the aesthetic preferences of the Victorian and Edwardian eras.
Condition and Collectibility
The perfume bottles and atomiser present as vintage items with signs consistent with age and use. Some bottles may exhibit minor chips, scratches, or wear to the glass, while the atomiser may show wear to the bulb or nozzle. Despite these imperfections, the collection remains a charming and desirable addition for collectors of antique perfume bottles or those interested in vintage vanity items. The variety of colours and styles makes this a visually appealing and interesting lot.
