G.I. Joe Origins Comic Lot in Protective Sleeves

This lot comprises a collection of G.I. Joe comic books, the majority from the IDW Publishing G.I. Joe Origins series. Titles are arranged across the table and include individual issues bearing the G.I. Joe logo, with a number of covers identifying the creative teams, including Dixon, Cal, Padilla and Hama and Hawthorne. Several issues are branded as official movie prequels, with covers referencing Rise of Cobra and the Duke and Snake Eyes characters. Each comic appears to be housed in an individual protective sleeve, a feature that will appeal to readers and collectors who wish to keep their issues organised and protected.

Condition and Collector Appeal

Each issue is presented in an individual plastic sleeve, and the covers are visible through the protective packaging. Covers show the expected variation in colour and design across the run, from the bold red cover of the lead issue to the illustrated character art on the later titles. No further details of condition, print variants or issue numbers can be confirmed from the lot as presented, and prospective buyers are encouraged to inspect the individual comics. The lot will be of interest to fans of the G.I. Joe franchise, to collectors of IDW Publishing titles and to anyone seeking a mixed group of movie tie-in and series comics.
