Garden Posts & Chain
This lot comprises four metal garden posts, each designed with a pointed base for secure grounding. A length of chain connects the posts, suggesting they were originally intended to create a decorative border or pathway feature within a garden setting. The posts exhibit a simple, functional design, likely dating to the mid-20th century, and would have provided a rustic aesthetic to any outdoor space.
Condition & Collectibility
These posts show signs of age and weathering, with surface rust and patina consistent with outdoor use. The chain also displays wear and corrosion. Despite this, the posts remain structurally sound and retain their original character. Collectors of garden ephemera or those seeking vintage elements for landscaping projects may find these posts a charming addition to their collection or garden design.
