This is a Power Devil 1600w garden vacuum, designed for clearing leaves and debris from outdoor spaces. The unit features a collection bag for gathering garden waste and can likely be converted to a blower function (not demonstrated). Its robust construction and 1600w motor suggest it is intended for regular use in medium to large gardens.
