Two Glass Vases with Artificial Flowers
This lot comprises two glass vessels, one a straight-sided tumbler and the other a tall cylindrical vase, arranged with artificial flower stems. The taller vase is fitted with a teal-coloured band around its upper section, and it holds a group of artificial stems with brown and black fluffy seed-head tops, alongside a length of curled red decorative stem. The stems are arranged in the vase with what appear to be clear plastic or fibrous fillers at the base. The tumbler is clear glass with a plain, untinted finish and no visible decoration.
Condition and Presentation
The glassware shows general signs of handling and age, with some light marks and wear visible on the tumbler’s base. The artificial stems appear to be presented as supplied, and no maker’s marks or labels are clearly visible on either vessel. The simple, unfussy styling of the pair may appeal to buyers seeking decorative vases for a home or for staging, and to collectors of everyday glassware and mid-century-style table decor.

Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
