Five Glazed Ceramic Honey Pots
This lot comprises five glazed ceramic honey pots, offered together. The group combines a range of forms and finishes, with several pieces featuring bee-themed decoration. Among them is a bear-shaped pot in a warm golden glaze, a beehive-form pot with a basketweave texture and a small bee to the lid, and a pot with a textured, sunflower-style relief to its body. A dark green basketweave-patterned pot, fitted with a glazed domed lid, bee finial and wooden dipper, completes the selection. The pieces vary in size, colour and modelling, making the lot suitable for display or for use within a kitchen or dining setting.
Condition and Collecting Interest
The five pots are offered in the condition described and buyers are encouraged to view the lot before bidding, as no detailed condition report has been provided. Each piece retains its original glazed surface and decorative detailing, and the varied designs make the group appealing to collectors of novelty kitchenware and ceramic honey pots. As a set of differing forms, the lot offers an attractive grouping for those building a display of bee-themed ceramics or seeking a varied selection of honey pots.
