Vintage Greek Coffee Mill
This is a vintage brass Greek coffee mill grinder, likely dating to the mid-20th century. The grinder features a classic design with a hand-crank mechanism and a hopper for holding the coffee beans. The body is constructed from solid brass, exhibiting a warm patina consistent with age and use. The grinder’s design suggests it was intended for producing finely ground coffee, typical for traditional Greek coffee preparation.
Condition and Collectibility
This coffee mill shows signs of age and use, with some wear to the brass finish and potential internal residue from previous grinding. It appears to be largely original, retaining its classic form and functionality. This grinder would be of interest to collectors of vintage kitchen tools, coffee enthusiasts, or those seeking a unique and decorative piece for their home.
