Green Half-Glazed Wooden Door with Bifold Doors
This lot comprises a green painted wooden door with a glazed upper section, offered alongside a pair of white painted bifold doors. The door has a single glazed panel set into the upper half and a solid lower panel, with a blue-finished lock plate fitted to the edge. The bifold doors are constructed as two hinged leaves, each with raised panels and a white ceramic-style knob on the front. Maker and date are not known.
Condition and Collectable Interest
The green door carries its original-looking painted finish, which shows some light marking and wear across the surface. The bifold doors also show general surface marking consistent with age and use. The glazing appears to be in place, and the hardware is in place as seen. Both items would suit buyers seeking architectural salvage for period restoration, interior projects or reuse in a home or commercial setting.
