Hall Bench Description

This is an early 20th-century hall bench, crafted from wood and featuring a two-seat design. The bench boasts gracefully curved serpentine arms, supported by turned legs and a sturdy stretcher base. The seat and backrest are upholstered with charming floral needlepoint panels, adding a touch of colour and texture to the piece.

Condition

This hall bench exhibits signs consistent with age and use, including wear to the upholstery and wood. The needlepoint panels show some fading and minor loss, which is typical for items of this age. Despite these imperfections, the bench retains its structural integrity and character, making it a desirable piece for collectors of antique furniture or those seeking a unique hall seating option.
