Hallmark Fob Medal
This is a charming hallmark fob medal, dating back to 1930 and assayed in Birmingham. The fob features a decorative silver frame surrounding a central cartouche crafted from 9 carat gold. The design is detailed and well-executed, typical of the period, and the fob is complete with a loop for attachment to a watch chain or similar. It weighs 3.97g gross.
Condition and Collectibility
The fob medal presents in good condition for its age, with expected wear commensurate with use. It retains its original hallmarks and the gold cartouche is intact. This piece would be of interest to collectors of vintage jewellery, hallmarks, or those interested in the history of assaying.

#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
