Box of Johnny Cash CDs
This lot comprises a box of Johnny Cash compact discs, with a single Johnny Cash cassette tape included among the material. The titles visible in the lot include American V: A Hundred Highways, American VI: Ain’t No Grave, American IV: The Man Comes Around, Christmas Special Broadcast 1977, Duets with June Carter Cash, Ride This Train, Water from the Wells of Home, and The Absolutely Essential 3 CD Collection. Further releases include Bootleg Vol. III, Personal File, Songs of Our Soil, Walking the Line: The Legendary Sun Recordings, and Johnny and June, alongside a VH1 Storytellers release shared with Willie Nelson. The cases are a mix of standard jewel cases, card sleeves and multi-disc sets, reflecting the breadth of Cash’s recorded output across several decades.
Condition and Collector Interest
The discs show general signs of handling and storage, and the condition of each case varies. Buyers should note that the contents have not been individually checked or verified as playable, and no completeness of individual sets is implied. The lot will appeal to country music enthusiasts, Johnny Cash admirers and collectors seeking a range of the artist’s albums, particularly the later American series and the Sun Recordings material, in one group.
