Knife Lot Description

This lot features two fixed blade knives: a traditional Nepalese Kukri and a larger Bowie-style knife. The Kukri displays the characteristic curved blade, likely used for both utility and ceremonial purposes, with a wooden handle. The Bowie knife boasts a substantial blade, suggesting it was designed for heavy-duty tasks or potentially military use, also featuring a wooden handle. Both knives are accompanied by their scabbards, offering a glimpse into their historical context and potential use.

Condition and Collectibility

Both knives exhibit signs of age and use, with patina and wear consistent with vintage items. The scabbards show wear and may have minor damage. This lot would appeal to collectors of antique knives, military memorabilia, or those interested in traditional weaponry. The combination of a Kukri and Bowie knife offers a unique pairing for display or further research.
