La Crosse Radio Controlled Clock
This lot is a La Crosse Technology radio controlled digital clock with a silver and grey finish. It features a brushed metallic top panel above a moulded silver frame and a dark blue base. The clock has a large LCD time display with a secondary display panel below it. The labels “Indoor”, “Radio Controlled”, “Outdoor”, “Date” and “Day” are printed around the display, and the day abbreviation “THU” is visible on the lower screen. The unit sits on a flat base for use as a desk or shelf clock.
Condition and Collector Interest
The clock is offered as seen and is not described as complete or in working order. The visible surfaces show no major damage in the photograph, though the brushed top panel and the lower panel are the main areas where any light wear would be noticed. Originality appears to be intact, with the La Crosse branding and display layout present. Buyers interested in late twentieth and early twenty-first century domestic electronics, or in radio controlled timekeeping, may find it of interest. Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
