Land Army and RAF Badges

This lot comprises two World War II era pin badges: one representing the Women’s Land Army and the other a cap badge for the Royal Air Force. The Land Army badge features a wheat sheaf design, emblematic of the organisation’s agricultural work, while the RAF badge displays the iconic eagle emblem. These badges would have been worn by members of these vital wartime organisations, signifying their service and dedication.

Condition and Collectibility

These badges show signs of age and wear consistent with their vintage, adding to their character and historical appeal. While not pristine, they remain largely intact and display their original features clearly. These badges are desirable collectibles for those interested in British military history, wartime memorabilia, or the roles played by women during WWII, and would make a fine addition to any collection.
