Limoges Vermouth Label

This delicate label is crafted from porcelain, likely manufactured by a Limoges factory in France, renowned for its high-quality ceramics. The label features a beautifully painted design, indicating it was originally affixed to a bottle of vermouth. The intricate detailing and quality of the porcelain suggest this label dates from the late 19th or early 20th century, a period when elaborate barware and presentation were highly valued.

Condition and Collectibility

The label exhibits signs of age and wear, consistent with its antique status. There may be minor imperfections, such as slight crazing in the glaze or minor paint loss, which add to its character and authenticity. This label would be a desirable addition to a collection of antique barware, French porcelain, or vintage liquor labels, appealing to collectors who appreciate fine craftsmanship and historical artifacts.
