mccam Nestcam Bird Box Camera Kit
This lot is a mccam Nestcam bird box camera kit, presented in its cardboard box. The packaging describes it as a multi-species, bird-friendly nesting box with a built-in video camera, designed to let the owner watch nesting birds live on their television. The box lists a built-in video camera with full audio, a 30 metre cable, a wide angle lens and infrared red night vision. It also states that the kit is ready to use and that the nesting box is made in the UK from FSC wood. The box carries the slogan “Your very own Springwatch” and the website www.mccam.co.uk.
Condition and Collectability
The cardboard box shows clear signs of wear, including a torn and creased top flap, a damaged side flap and general marks to the surfaces and edges. The contents are not described in this entry, and no completeness or working order is stated. Buyers should make their own enquiries before bidding. The kit may appeal to collectors of wildlife and garden technology, and to those interested in early domestic nest box camera systems associated with the television series Springwatch.
