Three Mid Century Glass Light Shades
This lot comprises three mid century glass light shades in contrasting colours and forms. The first is a pale green shade with horizontal ribbing around its body and a mottled white marbled finish across the surface. The second is a rounded shade in pink-brown and cream mottled glass, with a domed upper section above a broader lower band. The third is a cranberry frosted shade with vertical moulded detailing on its dome, rising to a clear, ribbed and fluted lower rim. Each piece offers a distinct texture and palette, making the group suited to display or to use as a varied set.
Condition and Collectability
Further details on the condition of each shade are available from the auction house on request prior to the sale. Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
