A Mixed Lot of Miniature Elephants and Commemorative China

This lot brings together a varied selection of china and miniature elephant ornaments, offered as a single collection. The centrepiece is a white porcelain commemorative bell with a tall moulded handle and gold rim, decorated with portrait medallions and heraldic motifs, which appears to mark a royal wedding. Alongside it are a small rose-decorated jug with gold trim, a clock-tower shaped ornament, and a boot-shaped vase with a pink floral pattern and gilded edge. The elephant figures vary in material and finish, including a grey glazed porcelain elephant with a raised trunk, a rust-orange sculpted figure, a small grey elephant, a gilt-finished bronze-effect example and a silver-tone metal miniature. A floral china thimble completes the group.

Condition and Collector Appeal

The pieces show the expected signs of age and handling for items of this type, and any further wear, chips or repairs can be seen in the photograph. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.

#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
